So this is my husband's and I second review on Carpoint. We went there due to our car shitting the bed. We had it for about 1 yr. We went in there sat down and talked to Thiago. It was a Saturday so Carol was not there at the time. My husband and I were having a very very bad week. Everything was going wrong. And now our car. So we told Thiago wat was going on and let me tell you, that man did everything he possibly could to help us, and he did. We owed money on our car,like 7 or 8 grand, and had no car. But Thiago was amazing! We left there owing nothing for our old car, and yes we got another car! We went Monday to pick up car and do paperwork. Thiago is so thorough and he explains everything. We love that! Thiago and Carol are great individuals or shall I say great car sales men/woman! They are very organized. The most important thing is when we went into Carpoint we were gonna be 7-8 grand in dept, have no car, and had to have money to buy another one! Not only that, had a few other things going on and when Thiago came out and told us this is what we are gonna do for you. We are gonna wipe away the remainder of the balance. I wanted to cry and my husband had such a relief. Thiago has a heart. He seen and felt we were struggling and he helped us as much as he could. Carpoint all around is great to shop at!
